One of the fastest-growing trends in sustainable building, View Smart Windows predictively tint in response to outdoor conditions, eliminating the need for blinds, while also offering health and wellness benefits for building occupants and the environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe\u2019re\nexcited to align with another forward-thinking company like View to bring this\nnew technology to Lake Nona,\u201d said Juan Santos, Senior Vice\nPresident of Innovation at Tavistock Development Company, the Lake\nNona developer. \u201cReducing\nenergy consumption and creating environments that improve health are top\npriorities for our community and our company as a whole. Additional installations include the new, 17-story Lake Nona Wave Hotel and a 120,000-square-foot office building, both currently under construction in Lake Nona Town Center. General contractor Barton Malow Builders recently completed the installation of the smart windows on the office building that is expected to open this summer.
