One of the fastest-growing trends in sustainable building, View Smart Windows predictively tint in response to outdoor conditions, eliminating the need for blinds, while also offering health and wellness benefits for building occupants and the environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

View Smart Windows will be installed this summer into three existing buildings in the Laureate Park neighborhood Village Center, including a fitness studio, Canvas Restaurant & Market<\/a>, and Lake Nona\u2019s event venue, Dockside<\/a>. Additional installations include the new, 17-story Lake Nona Wave Hotel and a 120,000-square-foot office building, both currently under construction in Lake Nona Town Center. General contractor Barton Malow Builders recently completed the installation of the smart windows on the office building that is expected to open this summer. View Smart Windows predictively tint while improving a building\u2019s energy efficiency by up to 20\npercent. Buildings with\nView Smart Windows have also been proven to significantly improve the health of\npeople inside them.
