As one of only a few communities highlighted, Lake Nona\u2019s many wellbeing initiatives and programs were touted, including Yoga Nona, which offers free weekly yoga in&nbsp;Crescent&nbsp;Park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The&nbsp;<em>Journal&nbsp;<\/em>also highlighted Lake Nona\u2019s community guided meditation event that was led by Deepak Chopra last year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The innovative and impactful\u00a0<a href=\"\/community\/lake-nona-life-project\/\">Lake Nona Life Project<\/a>\u00a0initiative, which tracks health and wellness, was also featured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Two Lake Nona homes, one in\u00a0<a href=\"\/neighborhoods\/laureate-park\/\">Laureate Park<\/a>\u00a0and the other in\u00a0<a href=\"\/neighborhoods\/lake-nona-golf-country-club\/\">Lake Nona Golf &amp; Country Club<\/a>, were included as examples of wellbeing real estate.
