Lake Nona Sculpture Garden<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Lake Nona Sculpture Garden<\/a> is a 50,000 square-foot outdoor space designed for the exploration and discovery of a distinguished selection of sculptures from one of the world\u2019s largest private art collections, The Lewis Collection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Glass House<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Situated in Laureate Park<\/a> near Canvas Restaurant & Market<\/a> is \u201cGlass House<\/a>,\u201d a stunning work of installation art conceived and constructed by Brooklyn-based artist Tom Fruin. It utilizes reclaimed materials and pulls cues from sustainable urban design and American folk art, all while eliciting the spiritual qualities of stained glass.<\/p>\n\n\n

The Beacon and Code Wall<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the heart of Lake Nona\u2019s Town Center<\/a> stands \u201cThe Beacon and Code Wall<\/a>\u201d by Lake Nona resident and public artist JERFE. \u201cThe Beacon\u201d is a six-story landmark that comes to life at night with a visual experience of video, music and interactive elements. Alongside stands \u201cCode Wall,\u201d an installation of specialized dichroic glass with imagery and messages written in binary code.<\/p>\n\n\n

Equinox<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When Lake Nona sought an artist in 2018 for this project<\/a>, Cecilia Lueza\u2019s winning entry certainly caught our eye. \u201cFor this piece, I wanted to incorporate that Florida vibe and also capture the dynamics of everyday life and create a sensation of movement with shapes and color,\u201d said Cecilia.<\/p>\n\n\n

Disco Dog Sculpture<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 35-foot tall stainless steel sculpture was designed by local Lake Nona artist JEFRE. The sculpture<\/a> was inspired by Lake Nona, with the fractal, reflective surface replicating the water\/waves of the community\u2019s namesake \u2013 Lake Nona. The sculpture is meant to welcome residents and guests as they enter Town Center.<\/p>\n\n\n

Lake Nona Sign & Prismatic<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The mural\u2019s cascade of color transforms the utilitarian chiller plant into an instagram-worthy artistic display. The mural designer, Carissa Bloemeke, was inspired by a deconstructed prism. The picture-perfect \u201cPrismatic<\/a>\u201d mural plays off of the visual where interacting light creates a spectrum of different colors.<\/p>\n\n\n

Pixon Art Scene<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019re proud to introduce you to the trio of talented artists behind the latest art installations located throughout Pixon, Lake Nona\u2019s newest apartment community. Their custom artwork<\/a> created with printed digital artwork, chalk and spray paint can be admired from the outside and inside.<\/p>\n\n\n

leAD Art Scene<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Printed wall art designed by Carissa Bloemeke in the 5G Accelerator<\/a> co-working space. The art is inspired by circuit board patterns found in technology, and geometric patterns taken from acceleration graphs.<\/p>\n\n\n

Global Angel Wings Project<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Colette Miller created the Global Angel Wings Project<\/a> in 2012, in the streets of Los Angeles, the \u201cCity of Angels.\u201d They were painted to remind humanity that we are the angels of this earth. Colette has painted wings globally and right here in Lake Nona Town Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brain Freeze<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lining the exterior of Pixon\u2019s<\/a> second apartment building is \u201cBrain Freeze<\/a>\u201d Another bold piece designed by Carissa Bloemeke, the 9,000-square-foot mural gives the building the appearance of varying height and colorful emerging towers, creating a skyline that differs from the architecture of the building.<\/p>\n\n\n

Nature Sculptures<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Created in Argentina, the sculptures were all made from re-used materials in the region. Measuring 10-feet high and each weighing in at 600-700 pounds, the artist Vanessa Mazza was inspired by the nature and wildlife native to her home in southern Argentina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
