Entrepreneurs from around the world will have the opportunity of a lifetime to test and implement their ideas in Lake Nona&nbsp;thanks to a new six-month accelerator program in partnership with leAD Sports, a Berlin-based premier sports venture ecosystem inspired by the founder of Adidas, Adi Dassler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Known as the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leadsports.com\/academy\/lake-nona\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">leAD Lake Nona Sports &amp; Health Tech Accelerator<\/a>, the accelerator is designed to help entrepreneurs test their ideas in a real-life environment using Lake Nona\u2019s <a href=\"\/release\/lake-nona-and-verizon-bolster-community-wide-innovation-ecosystem-in-florida\/\">exclusive Verizon 5G broadband capacity<\/a>. The accelerator is the first-of-its-kind in the United States and will focus on \u201cfuture of living\u201d solutions covering sports and health tech, smart cities, and the future of nutrition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The accelerator will be located within the ground floor of <a href=\"\/rent\/#pixon-apartments-retail\">Pixon Apartments<\/a> in the&nbsp;new 16,000-square-foot MS<sup>2<\/sup>&nbsp;innovation space that will also provide a variety of different programs and resources to support tech start-ups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The accelerator will feature an onsite network of experts and mentors, exposure to strategic partners and counsel from venture capitalists and professional investors.
